1. Introduction & Agreement to Terms +

By using TrueLinkPH, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older, and our services are not available in countries where private investigations are illegal.

2. Service Scope & Limitations +

We provide relationship verification through ethical investigation methods. We do not offer illegal surveillance, hacking, or guaranteed results.

3. Confidentiality & Privacy +

All client information is confidential. Reports are deleted within 30 days after delivery. TrueLinkPH follows GDPR and Philippine Data Privacy Act compliance.

4. Payment & Refund Policy +

Payments are required before investigations begin. Refunds are only available if TrueLinkPH cannot conduct the investigation.

5. User Responsibilities +

Users must provide truthful information and not misuse reports for illegal purposes. Violations may result in service termination.

6. Liability Disclaimer +

TrueLinkPH is not responsible for decisions made based on reports. Reports are for informational use only and not legal evidence.

7. Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution +

These terms are governed by Philippine law. Disputes must be resolved through arbitration before legal proceedings.
